ReviewInsights is a monthly commercial intelligence service for SMEs. We analyse publicly available customer reviews from multiple platforms, identify commercial patterns across time, and deliver prioritised intelligence reports to help businesses understand where revenue is being lost and what to do about it.

ReviewInsights provides a monthly report delivered by email. Each report covers the period of approximately one calendar month and includes trend analysis against a 3-month and 6-month baseline where sufficient data is available.

The platforms analysed are confirmed at the time of subscription and may include Google Maps, TripAdvisor, and OpenTable, subject to data availability on those platforms at the time of analysis.
Prospective subscribers may request a complimentary sample report by submitting their details via the form on our website. The sample report is provided free of charge with no obligation to subscribe.
The sample report is a partial version of the full monthly report. It includes analysis of visible review patterns, sentiment trends, and key findings, but does not include the full revenue leakage analysis, risk assessment, recommended actions, or ROI prioritisation that appear in the paid monthly report.
By submitting a request for a sample report you consent to ReviewInsights contacting you by email regarding the report and the subscription service. We will not share your details with third parties for marketing purposes.
ReviewInsights reserves the right to decline a sample report request at its discretion, including where the business does not have sufficient publicly available review data to produce a meaningful analysis.
Subscription fee. The current subscription fee is €149 per month (inclusive of VAT where applicable). This fee is subject to change. You will be given at least 30 days' notice of any price change before it takes effect.
Billing. Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance via Stripe, our third-party payment processor. By subscribing you authorise ReviewInsights to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly basis until you cancel.
Start date. Your subscription begins on the date your first payment is processed. Your first full report will be delivered within the agreed timeframe following your subscription start date.
Failed payments. If a payment fails, ReviewInsights will attempt to notify you by email. If payment is not received within 7 days of the due date, we reserve the right to suspend delivery of the report until payment is made.
Stripe. Payment processing is handled by Stripe. By subscribing you agree to Stripe's terms of service and privacy policy. ReviewInsights does not store your full card details.
Cancellation. You may cancel your subscription at any time by emailing hello@reviewinsights.ie. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will continue to receive your report for the month in which you cancel.
Refunds. Because each report requires significant analytical work specific to your business, monthly subscription fees are non-refundable once a report has been produced and delivered for that billing period.
Exception. If a report has not been delivered within 7 days of the agreed delivery date for reasons attributable to ReviewInsights (and not due to data unavailability on third-party platforms), you are entitled to a full refund of that month's fee upon request.
No minimum term. There is no minimum subscription period. You are not locked in and may cancel after your first month.
Review data. ReviewInsights works exclusively with publicly available customer review data. We do not require access to your accounts, systems, or private data. No passwords or login credentials are ever requested.
Your personal data. When you submit a request or subscribe, we collect your name, business name, email address, and website or review platform URL. This information is used solely to produce and deliver your report and to communicate with you about the service.
GDPR. ReviewInsights operates in compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) as applied in the Republic of Ireland. You have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting hello@reviewinsights.ie.
Data retention. We retain subscriber contact data for the duration of the subscription and for up to 12 months following cancellation, after which it is deleted unless you request earlier deletion.
Third parties. We use Stripe for payment processing. We do not sell or share your personal data with any other third parties for marketing or commercial purposes. Our full privacy policy is available at this link.
Your report. Each monthly report is produced specifically for your business. You are granted a non-exclusive licence to use the report for your own internal business purposes, including sharing it with employees, advisors, or investors.
Restrictions. You may not resell, redistribute, or publish the report (or any substantial portion of it) without prior written consent from ReviewInsights. You may not represent the analysis as your own work.
ReviewInsights methodology. The analytical framework, templates, scoring methodology, and report structure remain the intellectual property of ReviewInsights. These may not be reproduced or used to develop a competing service.
Review content. Customer reviews analysed in the report are the property of their respective authors. ReviewInsights does not claim any rights over the underlying review content.
ReviewInsights analyses publicly available review data using a structured commercial methodology. While we take care to produce accurate, evidence-based reports, the following limitations apply:

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:
Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
You agree not to use the ReviewInsights service or any report for the following purposes:
Breach of this section may result in immediate termination of your subscription without refund.
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and notify active subscribers by email at least 14 days before any material changes take effect.
Continued use of the service after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree to the revised terms, you may cancel your subscription before the changes take effect.
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Ireland. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of Ireland.
If you are a consumer based in another EU member state, you may also have the right to bring proceedings in your local courts under applicable EU consumer protection law.
